Another visit to the reservoir today resulted in the discovery of a Nordic Jackdaw in the Horse Paddocks. A very obvious individual that stood out among the usual birds in the paddocks. Also 9 Gadwall, 3 Wigeon and plenty of thrushes.

    great find Jake, I think that's the first nordic reported in sussex? and a rather brilliant-looking bird!
